Can I return any items?

It is important to me that you love your ceramics as much as I loved making them, however, if you are not completely happy with your order please do email me at emilymarstonstudio@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order and we can discuss a return or exchange.

I understand that getting the correct ring size can be tricky online, please do contact me if you have any questions. I am always happy to exchange for a different size. I have given an approximate measurement of the inside diameter of the porcelain ring, which could be measured against a current ring. You'll also find further details on ring sizing here.

How strong is porcelain jewellery?

Porcelain is a very strong clay once fired, and with general day-to-day wear, it will last for generations. It would still be fragile if dropped onto a ceramic tile floor or very hard surface, so I would recommend putting them on and taking them off over a soft surface.

I've seen a colour combination on your Instagram feed I really like, but I can't see it online. Do you have others available?

I may have other colours or sizes in the studio that are not listed on my website. Do drop me an email if you have seen something on Instagram that is not shown here, or if you would like to make an appointment to come to the studio to try jewellery on and choose your own.

How will my ceramics be packaged?

All items are carefully packed in recyclable, reusable, plastic free packaging. I pack my vases in a nest of wood wool from sustainable sources, this can be reused or composted. The wood wool keeps them super safe in the post and can also be put into your vase to style one or two stems.

Can you send my order as a gift?

Yes, I can send ceramics directly to a friend or loved one and include a personalised note if you would like – just include this in the notes section at the checkout when you place your order.

Do you offer pottery workshops?

I am planning to start some clay workshops in 2024. These will be relaxed sessions, focusing on the grounding nature of using clay, whilst creating an object to be worn, used or displayed.

If you would like to be the first to know when dates are released for any pottery experiences, please do pop me an email at emilymarstonstudio[at]gmail.com and I can add you to a workshops mailing list.

Do you sell wholesale?

I currently work with a small selection of galleries and shops, please do get in touch if you'd like to discuss wholesale details.

Do you take commissions or make porcelain rings to custom sizes?

I do often take commissions. My slots for custom sizes and commissions change throughout the year, with varied lead times up to 8 weeks. My slots for commissions will be open again in the summer, please do get in touch if you would like to discuss details.

If you have any other questions, I'd love to hear from you at emilymarstonstudio[at]gmail.com.
