FAQ's and Shop Policies
How and when will my order be delivered?
Your items will be dispatched within 1-3 working days.
I currently offer free UK delivery using Royal Mail Second Class standard service (not tracked). The delivery aim once posted is 2-3 days. There is an option at the checkout to upgrade to a Second Class Tracked service (£2.50) or a First Class Tracked service (£3.50). For these you will be sent a tracking number when your item has been dispatched.
International delivery worldwide is £10 for jewellery and £20 for vases, and will be dispatched in 1-3 days. This is a flate rate, rather than per item. Please note that import taxes may apply.
I currently offer free tracked UK delivery on all orders over £45
Can I return any items?
It is important to me that you love your ceramics as much as I loved making them, however, if you are not completely happy with your order please do email me at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your order and we can discuss a return or exchange.
I understand that getting the correct ring size can be tricky online, please do contact me if you have any questions. I am always happy to exchange for a different size, but all rings are unique in pattern and colour. I have given an approximate measurement of the inside diameter of the ring, which could be measured against a current ring.
I've seen a colour combination on your Instagram feed I really like, but I can't see it online. Do you have others available?
I may have other colours or sizes in the studio that are not listed on Etsy or my website. Do drop me an email if you have seen something on Instagram that is not shown here, or if you would like to make an appointment to come to the studio to try some on and choose your own.
How are the ceramics packaged?
All items are safely packed in recycled or recyclable, plastic free packaging. I can send directly to a friend or loved one and include a personalised note if you would like – just include this in the note section at the checkout when you make your order.
Do you sell wholesale?
I currently work with a small selection of galleries and shops, please do get in touch to discuss wholesale details.
The jewellery is fired to a high temperature and is very strong. However, because they are ceramic, they can still be fragile if dropped onto a hard surface, so I would recommend putting on and taking off your jewellery over a soft surface.
If any marks or make up get onto your jewellery, you can wash them off easily with soap and water.
Vases are glazed on the inside, with an unglazed and polished exterior. Handwashing with soap and water is kindest, to keep your ceramics in great condition forever.
