Ceramic Artworks

My work explores our connection to nature, alongside our continuous flow of thought and emotion.

These wall-hanging works form part of an ongoing series of land, water and skyscapes and represent a snapshot of a moment in time, and feeling present within it.

Each piece is created using layers of hand coloured clay. They use a process that has developed over recent years, and draws upon previous years of working in agateware and  nerikomi techniques, inlay of coloured clays, as well as my background in fine art painting.

Coming up in November, I'll be exhibiting a collection of work at tinyteahouse in Oxford. You'll find further details on exhibitions here.
